Rates & Fees*
The Rates and Fees charged for the Merchant Processing Services will be determined by MRI. MERCHANT agrees to direct any inquiries related to the Rates and Fees to MRI. IN addition, MERCHANT agrees the Rates and Fees charged by MRI will be deducted from MERCHANT's settlement funds (see Section 23 of the Merchant Processing Terms and Conditions). Further, MERCHANT agrees to fully release, discharge and hold harmless Deluxe and Bank from and against any claims or complaints MERCHANT may have, now or in the future, relating to the Rates and Fees charged by MRI for the Merchant Processing Services.
